We won AWARD

Yes - we are literally made of WIN. Queens English dun won the Peoples Music Award t'other week. I haven't quite been able to stop going on about it. I mean, England still goes on about winning World War II and that was sodding 60 years ago, plus i know mans dat rob a vet'ran ennnnit...

No, seriously, I in no way advocate punching and robbing folks who fought for their country...
Unless it's that guy with the black glasses in Wakefield town who spits at me every time he sees me...But I digress...

So, yeah...QE won some shit. But what does it really mean? Well, apart from weighing down the mounting bills, parking fines and free porn at the Camberwell Grove house, it kinda means that a shag load of normal people like us. Dylan, the head honcho at TPMA told us how much he liked us, and Eddy Temple Morris of XFM is alleged to have had a little boogie down to us as well. However, a crap load of our votes came from the amazing community online at Ninjavideo and we've been reppin' them hard...
In addition, off the back of the awards we got ourselves a little spot at the brand spanking new SX Festival in...well...Essex. We're on the bill with DJ Hype, Zinc and some other hip folks. Rhymes has also been seen brandishing the award in the form of a massive neck-chain at at Deptford ARMY, where he's residenting. We'll probably also give it an airing when Rhymes and Pikey support Foriegn Beggars in Ipswich next week too.

But once again, I've digressed - what does this award mean?...Possibly that we might get paid a bit more than a tenner from a gig (Cheers guys, you know who you are). It might mean, that we get a guest star appearance in the 2010 relaunch of 'Everybody Loves Raymond'. It might also mean that SherlQck finally beds Micha Barton and stops whining about how he can't get any poon. It might also mean that Something Else gets the personal Jacuzzi with motorised wheels that he's always wanted. Source will get some fancy shoes, and Pikey might buy yet more Scrumpy.
